CCAR Board Membership
Join CCAR as a REALTOR® and Board Member to receive access to Member Benefits including those offered by NAR and Texas REALTORS®. Board applicants must have an active license with the Texas Real Estate Commission. Click here to view the status of your license.
In order to join as a Board Member, and individual's sponsoring broker must have an active Board Membership with CCAR.
Local Board Membership dues are $200 annually.

South Texas MLS Access
Join the South Texas MLS to gain access to exclusive listings and valuable technology to assist your clients in their real estate transactions. MLS applicants must have an active license with the Texas Real Estate Commission. Click here to view the status of your license. In addition, MLS applicants must have an active REALTOR membership with the National Association of REALTORS®.
In order to join South Texas MLS, an individual's sponsoring broker must be an active MLS Participant with South Texas MLS.
MLS fees are $145 per quarter, plus tax.
Affiliate Membership
Join CCAR as an Affiliate to receive Affiliate benefits including contact rolls, updates and communication, invitations to events, and much more. Affiliate memberships are available to individuals and businesses without a TREC license. Common Affiliate businesses are mortgage, title, inspection, extermination, and photography.
