If you are transferring from one Broker/Company to another you will need to fill out a Transfer Form and have a copy of Salesperson Sponsorship Form (which was sent to TREC) or your License showing Active in TREC under new Broker/Company.

Lockboxes need to show up under each individual Agent if the Agent wants to see a showing report. This form is to be used to transfer a lockbox that was sold outside of CCAR between Agents.
If you transfer companies and your current and previous broker sign the completed form your MLS listing can be transferred to your new company without having to re-enter the listings. *Please note that your days on market will not start over*
