All REALTORS® are bound by a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice that set them apart from other real estate professionals. The REALTOR® Code specifies Duties to Clients, Duties to the Public, and Duties to REALTORS® that each member of the National Association of REALTORS® agrees to abide by.
