New member orientation is a required class that all new members must attend after joining the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors. The class focuses on educating new member about our association and the services we provide them. The second half of new member orientation is MLS Rules and Regulations. During rules and regulations we educate members about our MLS's rules, regulations, and fines. Rules and Regulations From 9:30 am to 11:30 am on the first Thursday of every month. Covers briefly the high points of the Coastal Bend MLS Rules and Regulations.
