How Do I Join CCAR?
You must be licensed with the Texas Real Estate Commission, have your TREC License in hand. Then you will need to fill out the Membership Application and the Personal Information Sheet. (Links provided below) Please fill out these forms and bring them with you upon joining. Please call Judith Halmagyi – Membership Coordinator (361)991-8221 if you have any questions. Once you come in and join you will be an official member of NAR, TAR & CCAR. Congratulations you are now a REALTOR®! You will also be issued a Supra Keypad and be put into MLS.
The fees are as follows:

515.00 Annual Dues (Prorated Monthly)
23.76 Safe MLS Activation Fee (One Time)
270.63 MLS Quarterly Office Fee (Prorated Monthly)

If you are already an active member of another association or board and have a current TREC License and want to join the Corpus Christi Assoc. of Realtors as a secondary member, a letter of good standing is required for the broker and or agent along with the Membership Application and Personal Information Sheet (Link is provided below). The broker must join in order for any agent to join. The fees are as follows:

Non Member MLS
If you are already an active member of another association or board and have a current TREC License and want to join the Corpus Christi Assoc. of Realtors as a Non Member MLS member, a letter of good standing is required for the broker and or agent along with the Non Member Application and Personal Information Sheet (Link is provided below). The broker must join in order for any agent to join. This type of membership is just for MLS ONLY not the association.

Affiliate Membership
If you would like to become an affiliate with the Corpus Christi Association, the fee is $280.00 for a full year. This fee is prorated monthly. The list of fees is located on the second page of the affiliate application which you will find a link below for the application. If you are already an affiliate member with another association or board, a letter of good standing will be needed and you would only pay the local fees. Upon joining, you can leave your business cards and flyers in our foyer, sponsor new member orientation, education classes, quarterly luncheons. Also you and your company are put in the CCAR roster and on the website.
