How do I Join CCAR?

You must first be licensed with the state of Texas, have your license in hand , and have a sponsoring broker. Then you will need to fill out our CCAR new Membership Application and a Personal Information Sheet. Please fill out these forms and bring them in with you to save time. Please call Loretta Miller at (361) 991-8221 for an appointment. When you come in and join we will issue you a keypad and activate you in the MLS system.

If you are already a member of another board or association and currently active and want MLS access without joining our association you can join as board of choice. You must be a broker to join (for MLS access). Then any agent under you can join, as long as they are active on the TREC website and your local association.

New Member Application-Broker

To be an affiliate, the fee for the year is $250.00. This fee is prorated monthly. If you are an affiliate member elsewhere you would only pay our local fee. Upon joining you can leave your cards and fliers in our office, sponsor new member orientation, education classes, & quarterly lunches. Also you and your company are put in the CCAR roster and on the website.
